Intertek, a Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, is pleased to announce that it has issued SLT ASIA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("SLT ASIA") with its first ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) certificate. This is the first ENEC certificate obtained by SLT ASIA, indicating that its LED bulb products meet the latest European safety standards.

ENEC is a certification scheme under CENELEC (the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization), accepted throughout Europe. ENEC is a universal mark for electrical products that demonstrates compliance with European standards.

In accordance with ENEC regulations, all lighting products have been officially opened to non-European laboratories for testing. At the end of 2016, Intertek Guangzhou Lighting Laboratory passed the ENEC audit and became one of the first ENEC-accredited lighting laboratories outside of Europe. The laboratory provides a variety of standard ENEC testing for lighting products, certification procedures, providing bespoke Assurance solutions for companies before their lighting products enter the European market.
