The European Commission has proposed Commission Directive to amend the migration limits of aluminium in part III of Annex II to Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. Member States shall adopt and publish the amendments after 18 months of the publication in the Official Journal.
According to the proposed Commission Directive, the migration limits of aluminium shall be amended as below:
