The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has proposed seven Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) to be included in the Authorisation List (Annex XIV) of the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006:

The proposal also specified the conditions of the authorisation requirement for each substance. These conditions included the latest application and sunset dates.
Once the substances are listed in Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation, they shall not be placed on the market or used unless authorisation has been granted for a specific use.
