EPA will publish a final rule in the Federal Register to extend the compliance dates under the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products rule.
The Acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, signed the following Federal Register document on August 31, 2017:
This is a prepublication version of the document that EPA is submitting for publication in the Federal Register. The final rule will be effective 30 days after date of publication in the Federal Register.
