4th May 2017, The European Commission has published Commission Directive (EU) 2017/774 to add the requirements of phenol appendix C of annex II to the Toy Directive 2009/48/EC. This Directive shall enter into force on 24 May 2017. The Member States shall apply the provisions to comply with this Directive from 4 November 2018.
Analyses should be carried out in accordance with European standards EN 71-10:2005 and EN 71-11:2005.
