European Commission has published the list of harmonized standards under entry 27(Nickel release) of Annex XVII to REACH (2017/C 011/02) in the Official Journal on Jan 13, 2017 and ｕｐｄａｔｅd the reference test method for nickel release of spectacle frames and sunglasses from EN 16128:2011 to EN 16128:2015.
