Recently, ECHA launches a public consultation on 6 proposals to identify new SVHCs as below:

1. 4, 4’-isopropylidenediphenol (bisphenol A) CAS# 80-05-7 (toxic for reproduction)
2. 4-Heptylphenol, branched and linear CAS# - (have serious effect to environment) 
3. 4-tert-butylphenol CAS#98-54-4 (have serious effect to environment) 
4. Benzene-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid 1, 2-anhydride (trimellitic anhydride) CAS#552-30-7 (have serious effect to human health) 
5. Nonadecafluorodecanoic acid (PFDA) and its sodium and ammonium salts CAS#3108-42-7 (Toxic for reproduction and PBT substance)
6. p-(1, 1-dimethylpropyl)phenol  CAS# 80-46-6 (have serious effect to environment) 

The deadline for commenting is 21 October, 2016.
