There are 6 physical recall cases from the EU market, including 2 cases on strangulation, 2 cases on suffocation, 1 case on burns & chemical, and 1 case on burns, chemical and choking.
There are 10 chemical recall cases from the EU market, all the cases are against the REACH regulation, among them there is 1 case that does not comply with the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP) Regulation as well.
There are 3 physical cases from the US market, including 1 case on fall hazard and 2 cases on strangulation and entanglement hazards.
There is no chemical recall case from the US market.
There is 1 physical recall case from the Canadian market, which is on fall hazard.
There is no chemical recall case from the Canadian market.
There are 2 physical recall cases from the Australian market, including 1 case on burn injuries, the other case is on trip and fall.
There is no chemical recall case from the Australian market.
