U.S. Colorado revised PFAS product bans scope. |

On May 1, 2024, U.S. Colorado Governor signed the bill HB SB 24-081 to amend PFAS restrictions on consumer product.
The following products containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals are added to ban to be sold, offered for sale, distributed for sale or distributed for use in Colorado after the relevant effective date:

In addition, disclosure requirements on product label for cookware containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals in the handle or in any product surface that comes into contact with food, foodstuffs, or beverages will be repealed from January 1, 2026.
Note:
1."Textile article" means a textile that is primarily used in households and businesses. "Textile article" includes accessories, apparel, backpacks, handbags. "Textile article" does not include:
