The Recall Cases of Textile, Footwear and Accessories Products in April 2023

In April 2023, there were total 103 recall cases of textile, footwear and accessories products in foreign countries and 38 of them came from China.

There are 52 physical recall cases from the EU market, including 43 cases on injure risks, 2 cases on choking/strangulation problem, 5 cases on choking problem, 1 case on choking & suffocation, and 1 case on choking/injure risk.

There are 42 chemical recall cases from the EU market. All cases are against the REACH regulation.

There are 6 physical recall cases from the US market. All cases are on burn injuries.

There is 1 chemical recall case from the US market.

There is no physical recall case from the Canadian market. 

There are 2 chemical recall cases from the Canadian market. Both the cases are against the Children's Jewellery Regulations of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.

There is no physical and chemical recall case from the Australian market.
