The National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) has published Notice No.1 of 2023 to approve 11 kinds of substances for food contact materials and articles. This notice has already come into force. The usage conditions of the substances are shown as follows:
A. New additive of food contact material and article

Coatings and adhesives produced from this substance are only used for filling at room temperature and long-term storage at room temperature (including heat under the conditions of T≤70℃, t≤2 h or T≤100℃, t≤15 min. filling and pasteurization). The above-mentioned restricted use requirements shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GB 4806.1. |
