On November 18,2021. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has published direct final rule to approve the amendment of Safety. The new rule shall be effective on 15 February 2022.

According to the amendment, each carriage and stroller shall comply with ASTM F833-21 Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Carriages and Strollers.
