The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has published a direct final rule to revise the regulation 16 CFR 1228 Safety Standard for Sling Carriers. This regulation shall be effective on 6 July 2020.
In addition to complying with ASTM F2907-19, each sling carrier shall also comply with the following requirements of warning label in section 5.7:
When the sling carrier is in recommended use positions, warning labels that are attached to the fabric with seams shall remain in contact with the fabric around the entire perimeter of the label.
