On 18 November 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) recommended four substances for the European Commission to include in the Authorisation List (Annex XIV to the EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006). If they are included in the Authorisation List, they can only be placed on the market or used after a given date if an authorisation is granted for a specific use. Companies that are using, manufacturing or importing these substances shall apply for authorisation |
