General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China jointly declared to cancel the Import and Export supervision on part of commodity under 235 HS codes effective from August 1, 2012, mainly include dyed and finished blended fabrics and caps made of ferine animal leather etc.,

This adjustment on HS codes would derate the testing expense of enterprise, reduce the export cost and improve the customs’ clearance efficiency, realize the cargo fast release. It’s good news for the relevant textile enterprise.
