We informed you that CPSC published rule 16 CFR 1235 for Baby Changing Products on June 26 2018

The rule will become effective on June 26, 2019.

This rule incorporates by reference ASTM F2388-18, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Baby Changing Products for Domestic Use. Which was published in March 2018
