ECHA Proposes 15 Substances for Authorisation
15 substances of very high concern (SVHCs) are recommended to be added to the Authorisation List of REACH by European Chemical Agency (ECHA). Substances included in the authorization list cannot be supplied for use or used after the sunset date unless that use is exempted or an authorisation has been granted. Manufacturers, importers, downstream users can apply for authorization for the use of a substance on the list.
