Main content or requirements On 21 January 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) adds five chemicals to the Candidate List for Authorisation (SVHC list) and updates one entry thereof. The list now contains 247 entries. If these SVHC substances are present in an article component placed on the EU/EEA market in a concentration above 0.1%, then the supplier needs to submit an SCIP notification to ECHA.
