On 4/7/2021, The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has published Direct Final Rule on revision of safety standard for high chairs (16 CFR 1231). The Direct Final Rule shall be effective on 3 July 2021, unless CPSC receives a significant adverse comment by 3 May 2021.

From 3 July 2021, high chairs shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F404-20 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for High Chairs
