This spot check was conducted according to GB 2626-2006 “Respiratory protective equipment—Non-powered air-purifying particle respirator,” GB 18401-2010 “National general safety technical code for textile products,” GB 18383-2007 “General technical requirement for products with filling materials,” GB/T 22796-2009 “Quilts, Quilt cover,” GB/T 22797-2009 “Sheet,” GB/T 22864-2009 “Towels,” GB/T 24252-2009 “Silk quilts,” GB/T 32610-2016 “Technical specification of daily protective mask,” and FZ/T 73001-2016 “Hosiery.”

Primary failed items: pH value, fiber content, use instruction (label), colorfastness, filtering efficiency

Children’s Apparel

In October, the Zhejiang AMR, Hunan AMR, Nanjing AMR and Qingdao AMR (Shandong) announced the results of the special product quality supervision and inspection for children’s apparel.

The spot checks were conducted according to GB 18401-2010 “National general safety technical code for textile products,” GB 31701-2015 “Safety Technical Code for Infant and Children’s Textile Products,” GB/T 31900-2015 “Woven children’s clothing,” GB/T 33271-2016 “Woven garments for infants,” FZ/T 73025-2013 “Knitted garment and adornment for infant,” and FZ/T 73045-2013 “Knitted children’s wear.”

Primary failed items: Fiber content, use instruction (label), cords and drawstrings, colorfastness

Apparel

In October, the Zhejiang AMR, Nanjing AMR and Qingdao AMR (Shandong) announced the results of the special product quality supervision and inspection for apparel.

The spot checks were conducted according GB 18401-2010 “National general safety technical code for textile products,” GB/T 22700-2016 “ Washed garments,” GB/T 22849-2014 “Knitted T-shirt,” GB/T 73020-2012 “Knitted casual wear,” and FZ/T 81007-2012 “Casual wear.”

Primary failed items: Fiber content, use instruction (label), colorfastness, hydrostatic pressure

Footwear

In October, the Shanghai AMR, Zhejiang AMR, Guangdong AMR, Hunan AMR, Nanjing AMR, Shenyang AMR and Qingdao AMR (Shandong) announced the results of special product quality supervision and inspection of footwear products.

This spot check was conducted according to GB 30585-2014 “Safety technical specifications for children’s footwear,” GB/T 15107-2013 “Athletic shoes,” GB/T 22756-2017 ”Leather sandals,” QB/T 1002-2015 “Leather shoes,” QB/T 2880-2016 ”Children’s leather shoes,” QB/T 2955-2017 “Casual shoes,” and QB/T 4329-2012 “Cloth shoes.”

Primary failed items: Use instruction (label), abrasion resistance, upper pull out strength

Bags

In October, the Nanjing AMR and Qingdao AMR (Shandong) announced the results of special product quality supervision and inspection for bags.

This spot check was conducted according to GB 20400-2006 “Leather and fur—Limit of harmful matter,” GB 21550-2008 “Restriction of hazardous materials in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather,” GB 21027-2007 “Request in common use of security for student’s articles,” QB/T 1333-2018 “Handbag and knapsack,” QB/T 2155-2018 “Travelling case and trolley bag,” and QB/T 2858-2007 “Schoolbag.”
