On 29^th Sept,2021. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued direct final rule to approve the amendments of 16 CFR Part 1239 Safety Standard for Gates and Enclosures. It shall be effective on 2 January 2022.

According to the Standard, each gate and enclosure shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F1004-21 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Expansion Gates and Expandable Enclosures
