Further to GSO announcement on 9^th June 2020, concerning the additional national requirements for specific products placed onto the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, SASO has defined a new deadline to implement this requirement as listed below.(Click to see the attachment)

- Plugs and socket-outlets: SASO 2203, deadline will be on 6^th August 2020 for both New G-mark Certificates (first time certification) or to existing G-mark Certificates (updates and renewals).

- Cord extension sets: GSO 2117, deadline will be on 2^nd February 2021 for both New G-mark Certificates (first time certification) or to existing G-mark Certificates (updates and renewals).
