The Recall Cases of Textile and Footwear Products in March 2020
In March 2020, there were total 25 recall cases of textile and footwear products in foreign countries including the USA, Canada, EU and Australia, and 15 of them coming from China.
There are 10 physical recall cases from EU market. All of them are Strangulation problems. The chemical recall cases from EU market in February are 11, which 5 cases are on Chromium (VI) problems. There are 2 cases are on Nitrobenzene problems. 2 are Lead problems. 1 is on PAHs and the left 1 is on Phthalates problem.
For the US market, we also collect 1 physical recall case on burn problem. There is 1 chemical recall case from Canadian market in March which is the Children’s Winter Boots on Lead problem.
1 case in Australian market was recalled in March which is due to choking/ suffocation problem. There is no chemical recall case from Australian market in March.
There is 1 physical recall case on burn problem from Canadian market in March . There is no chemical recall case from Canadian market in March.
