The Recall Cases of Textile and Footwear Products in August 2019
In August 2019, there were total 26 recall cases of textile and footwear products in foreign countries including the USA, Canada, EU and Australia, and 6 of them coming from China.
There are 10 physical recall cases from EU market. 8 of them are Injuries problems. The other 2 are on choking problems. There are 5 chemical recall cases from EU market in July. 3 are on Chromium (VI) problems and the other 1 is Nickel Release problem. The left 1 is on Azo dyes problem.
For the Canadian market, we also collect 2 physical recall cases, 1 is on Strangulation problem and the another 1 is on burn problem. There is no chemical recall case from Canadian market in August.
There are 3 physical recall cases from US market, All of them are on burn problems. There is no chemical recall case from US market in August.
6 cases in Australian market were recalled in August due to burn problems. There is no chemical recall case from Australian market in August.
