The Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bureau announced the results of its quality supervision and inspection on T-shirts in the first quarter of 2012. This spot check inspected 21 batches of T-shirt samples taken from the products sold in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. 14 of them were found to be qualified, and the qualified rate was 66.6% meanwhile 7 of them were found to be unqualified.

The main unqualified items were labeling (2 batches), fiber content (5 batches), spirality to washing (1 batch).
